At Leo Skepi Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed

You can choose between:

  • Refund to original payment method (via Stripe)
  • Store credit for future purchases

5. Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds
  • Same return conditions apply

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos as proof
  • We will resolve the issue at no additional cost
